Our call centre agents will assist you with all of your public transport enquiries and help you to plan your journey.
Call us on 1800 800 007 6am to midnight daily (all night Friday and Saturday).

Our agents have been trained to effectively communicate with all of our customers, including those with communication difficulties. Communication tools (like communication boards) are also available at PTV Hubs to help customers and PTV staff get their message across.
