As part of Victoria’s Big Build, we’re removing the dangerous and congested level crossing in Deer Park, and V/Line is completing critical maintenance.

While we work, coaches replace Warrnambool Line trains for all or part of the journey from Tuesday 11 April to Wednesday 3 May.

Please note: Coach replacement services will not stop at Footscray.

Passengers travelling to Footscray: Catch a coach to Southern Cross then a metropolitan line train to Footscray.

Passengers traveling from Footscray to Warrnambool: Catch a train replacement coach from Southern Cross.

Tuesday 11 April to Friday 21 April

Coaches replace trains between Southern Cross and Geelong. Trains will run between Geelong and Warrnambool.

Saturday 22 to Wednesday 3 May

Coaches replace trains for the entire journey between Southern Cross and Warrnambool.

A temporary timetable will be available closer to the start date.
