Accessibility

information

A combination of buses and trams will be used during the disruption as replacement transport services. Trams will only be used in off-peak times and will mostly affect passengers travelling to Moreland Station.

Most buses will be low-floor to accommodate passengers with accessibility requirements. Route 19 tram stops on Sydney Road are not accessible, and passengers may be unable to board.

If a passenger cannot board a replacement bus or tram service, alternative transport can be arranged. A wheelchair accessible taxi will be on standby in multiple locations every day of the disruption.

If a staff member is present, they will be able to assist you.

You can discuss your travel requirements with us ahead of time by calling 1800 800 007 for assistance.
