When you set up a favourite, it'll be the first information you see in the 'For You' section when you first open the app. Once you set up a favourite, you’ll be able to see real time and disruption information for that favourite. You can set up favourites for stations, stops, lines/routes, journey plans and addresses (like home or work).

Alerts and push notifications

You can set up alerts to tell you about any changes to your favourite station, stop or route, such as any current or upcoming disruptions. You can also set up push notifications to tell you about any changes to your favourite station, stop or route, such as any current or upcoming disruptions.

How to set up and use multi-factor authentication

Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is a security measure that uses multiple forms of verification to confirm your identity. We’re introducing MFA to all myki accounts. This will increase security and further protect your account.
