Jewell Station: Permanent car park closure and temporary changes to station access from Thursday, 18 January 2018

Jewell Station car park will permanently close and there will be temporary changes to station access from Thursday 18 January 2018 until further notice, due to precinct development work.
Temporary changes to station access
From Thursday 18 January 2018 until further notice, the Upfield shared user path will be diverted via Barkly Street, Black Street and Wilson Avenue.
Pedestrians are advised to allow an extra five minutes to access the city-bound platform from Barkly Street, or walk via the western side of the station precinct. Cyclists should allow extra time to pass through the station precinct.
Permanent closure of car park
From Thursday 18 January 2018, Jewell Station car park will permanently close.
Passengers are advised to follow signage and safety instructions while development works are undertaken in the station precinct.
