Seymour and Shepparton lines: Service changes from 8pm Saturday 20 October to last train Tuesday 23 October 2018

Selected evening Seymour trains will be altered on Saturday 20 October, Monday 22 October and Tuesday 23 October 2018, due to track works. Coaches will also replace trains between Southern Cross and Seymour/Shepparton on Sunday 21 October 2018, first train to last train.

Journey times may increase by up to 60 minutes.

Saturday 20 October

The following service will operate as a coach from Southern Cross to Seymour: 

  • 9.55pm Southern Cross to Seymour
  • 11.55pm Southern Cross to Seymour

This following services will operate as a coach from Seymour to Southern Cross: 

  • 8.25pm Seymour to Southern Cross

Sunday 21 October

Coaches will replace trains between Southern Cross and Seymour/Shepparton, first train to last train. 

Albury trains will continue to run as per the normal timetable.

Monday 22 October and Tuesday 23 October

The following service will operate as a coach from Southern Cross to Seymour: 

  • 9.50pm Southern Cross to Seymour

This following services will operate as a coach from Seymour to Southern Cross: 

  • 8.20pm Seymour to Southern Cross
  • 9.45pm Seymour to Southern Cross

General Information

    • There is limited space for bikes on V/Line trains and coach replacement services
    • No pets or hot food allowed on replacement coaches
    • In Melbourne, coaches will arrive and depart from:
      • The Southern Cross Station coach terminal located on Spencer Street, opposite Little Bourke Street
    • Passengers needing special assistance, please call 1800 800 007 before travelling.
