- Route 35 (City Circle) trams run between Waterfront City Docklands via Harbour Esplanade, Flinders Spring and La Trobe streets. Stop 1 Spencer Street and Stop D2 Central Pier will not be serviced

Hurstbridge Line: Buses replace trains between Heidelberg and Eltham
Werribee/Williamstown lines: Buses replace trains between North Melbourne, Williamstown and Werribee from 8:30pm to last service.
Upfield Line: Buses replace trains between North Melbourne and Upfield, from 8:30pm to last service.
Sandringham Line: Buses replace trains between South Yarra and Elsternwick from 8:30pm to last service.
Frankston Line: Buses replace trains between South Yarra and Caulfield stopping at Malvern, Armadale, Toorak and Hawksburn stations from 9pm to last service. Passengers travelling to the city can change to a Pakenham/Cranbourne trains at Caulfield noting these trains will not stop at Malvern, Armadale, Toorak and Hawksburn stations. Please see further information on this disruption.
Cranbourne and Pakenham lines: All trains run direct to and from Flinders Street, not via the City Loop from 9.30pm to last service.
Craigieburn Line: Trains terminate and originate at Southern Cross from 9:30pm to last service.
Sunbury Line: Trains terminate and originate at Southern Cross from 9:30pm to last service.
V/Line
Warrnambool/Geelong Lines: Coaches replace trains between Southern Cross and Geelong and Warrnambool from 9:35pm to last service.
