Extra trams for events in February

We’ve organised extra trams for the below events during February. While timetabled trams run to their normal frequency, times may differ due to traffic congestion around event venues. Please allow extra time for your journey.

Rod Laver Arena

  • Tuesday 14 February at 7.30pm – Concert, Alice Cooper
  • Saturday 15, 16 and 18 February at 7:30pm – Concert, Michael Buble.
  • Wednesday 19 February at 7.30pm – Concert, Scorpions and Whitesnake.
  • Saturday 22 and 23 February at 8pm – Concert, Tool.

Extra tram services run as Route 70a between Flinders Street Station and Stop 7B Rod Laver Arena/MCG Gates 1-3 or Stop 7D Olympic Boulevard.

Accessibility symbol Extra trams running along Flinders Street to the above events will be accessible low-floor trams, depending on availability.

AAMI Park

  • Friday 7 February at 7:30pm – A-league soccer, Melbourne City v Melbourne Victory.
  • Friday 14 February at 7:15pm – Super rugby, Melbourne Rebels v NSW Waratahs.
  • Wednesday 19 and 20 February at 7pm – Concert, Queen and Adam Lambert.
  • Saturday 22 February at 7.30pm – Concert, Elton John.

Extra tram services run as Route 70a between Flinders Street Station and Stop 7B Rod Laver Arena/MCG Gates 1-3 or Stop 7D Olympic Boulevard.

Ikon Park

  • Friday 7 February at 7.40pm – AFLW Round 1, Richmond v Carlton

Extra tram services run as Route 19a between Melbourne Central Station and Stop 18 Princes Park.

Marvel Stadium

  • Saturday 29 February at 7:30pm – A-league soccer, Melbourne Victory v Adelaide United.

Extra tram services run as Route 86a between East Melbourne and Stop D1 Etihad Stadium Docklands.

Queen Victoria Market

  • Wednesday 5, 12, 19 and 26 February at 5pm – Queen Victoria Summer Night Market.

Extra tram services run as Route 57a between Flinders Street Station and Stop 7 Queen Victoria Market.

Showgrounds

  • Saturday 22 and 23 February at 9am – Victorian Caravan, Camping and Touring Supershow.

Extra tram services run as Route 57a between Flinders Street Station and Stop 32 Sandown Road.
