Public transport for Caulfield Guineas Cup Day: Saturday 12th October 2024

Extra public transport services are running from Caulfield Racecourse for the Caulfield Guineas Cup Day on Saturday 12 October 2024. 

Gates open: 10:30am 

First race: 12:15pm 

Main Race: 4:30pm 

Last Race: 5:45pm

Leaving the Racecourse 

Train services will operate from Caulfield (Platform 1) to Flinders Street Station (Platform 12) stopping all stations. 

Trains to depart from: 

  • 4:53pm until 6:53pm every 4 minutes, Caulfield to Flinders Street Station.

Passengers can catch a Route 3/3a tram, alighting at Stop 56 Caulfield Racecourse/Normanby Rd.
