On Tuesday 9 August Gippsland line passengers were impacted by service alterations with some journey times extended by more than 60 minutes.

V/Line passengers are reminded that compensation may be available to those who experience a delay of 60 minutes or more in a single journey. Customers seeking compensation should contact us on 1800 800 007 or through our feedback form with details of the journey.
