- Call us on 1800 800 007 6am to midnight daily (all night Friday and Saturday)
If you hold certain types of travel pass, you need to follow special replacement instructions:
- Victorian Student Pass or PTV School Student ID — replace on the spot at the location it was issued
- Free Travel Pass — visit us at the PTV Hub at Southern Cross Station or call us on 1800 800 007 6am to midnight daily (all night Friday and Saturday)
Things to know about your replacement myki
- If your original myki was registered, your replacement myki will get registered automatically.
- Auto top up can’t be transferred to your new myki. To keep using auto top up, you’ll need to log into your myki account and set it up again.
