Making a change to your myki due to COVID-19

If your public transport use has changed due to COVID-19, there are options for how to manage your myki Pass.

Refunds

Cancel a ticket before travelling and claim money back.

Reimbursements

You've already travelled and want to claim money back on your journey. 

Compensation

You may be eligible for compensation if an operator doesn’t meet their performance targets and you have a myki Pass that’s valid for at least 28 days or a V/Line Date-to-Date ticket.

Replacement tickets

Your ticket has expired, is lost or stolen, or is damaged or defective.
